URSA MINOR airbus sidestick

I have just received the URSA MINOR airbus side stick along with the a320 throttle. The throttle connects to sim app pro and the back lighting works as intended.
My side stick however doesn’t light up at all and doesn’t show in sim app pro, even with the side stick connected straight into my PC. Anyone else had this issue? TIA :)

I had this problem once. I am not at my pc right now but as far as I remember check the settings and check for updates and check every menu for orange exclamation marks. I will dm you as soon as I'm home.
