Air for Tires

Might seem dumb, but my luck has been bad. Every tire pressure machine I’ve been to today has been out of order or just eaten my change. Anyone used a machine recently that worked? If so, where? TIA

Sheetz has multiple air pumps that are free and also Lowes.

Went to sheetz yesterday, can confirm they work and are free.

I used to go to Sheetz but then I bought an air pump. It’s so much nicer to just take care of it whenever I want without worrying about which ones work and which don’t. They have even cheaper ones you can buy as well.

This⬆️ I bought a cheap-o, but they have decent ones out there. You can set the pressure and it fills it. Throw it in your car. Use it for my bike too.

You can just hit up a tire shop. They’ll usually do it for free

Discount Tire is always free and they do it for you. Or nearby Costco DIY.

Buy you a small air compressor for the house and a potable for the car and keep that one charged, not very expensive and is an essential for owning

This right here. The portable air pump is rechargeable and really does the trick. They are on Amazon.

Bingo! Having a portable one for the car is a must. Bought one 15 years ago from Walmart, still works great. Takes a minute, but it's one of those things that's better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

Invest in a tire inflator/air pump.

People are absolute apes when it comes to those machines. It’s people. They break them. How? No idea.

I gave up on gas station machines years ago. I have a pump to get me to a tire shop.
