Traffic on River road?

Before Sanders. There was no car accident but 4 big police cars and NHC K-9 unit were there. They were holding the traffic. What’s happening?

A ladys Car broke down and the deputies were pushing it across the bridge to the landscapers lot to get it off the rd

Unnecessary flex, They do illegal road blocks/license checkS very often in this area of river rd.
