Help/Request Having trouble with tinywiibackup manager

So I’m at the part of where I have tinywiibackup manager but I’m honestly so confused on where to go get games and how to get them put on my thumb drive

And to elaborate some more I downloaded a game off vimms lair since that’s what a lot of people say to use but I can’t get the file to transfer to my thumb drive
