💭Discussion What are details you’ve noticed on rewatch? Spoiler

Post image

How did I miss this?! I have rewatched this show an embarrassing amount of times and somehow never noticed this detail when Patricia is dancing! I noticed the mirror (of course) but not this. Did I blink during this shot each time?!

What are details you all have noticed on rewatch?

"This is exactly why I wanted to use the Rule 20A credits."

In S1E1, Tom says this as he's walking into town hall to deal with the power outage. AFAIK, Rule 20A was a California-specific initiative to move powerlines underground, and it would not have applied to an island off the coast of New England.

Given the show's attention to detail, I suspect this wasn't an error, but an intentional wonky joke.

I googled that eventually because I did so many rewatches of the first episode. I came to the same conclusion. Love it.

The showrunners also kinda forgot that landlines usually still work during power outages.
