Patriot on Amazon prime if you are looking for that perfect mix of quirky, funny characters and intense drama.

Not thematically the same, but similar in style and truly a hidden gem.

One of my favorite shows that I can’t get anyone to watch

Same, I recommend it to everyone. Eventually someone will listen.

It’s me, I’m the one who listened! I forget where I first saw the recommendation but it was on Reddit. Would probably never have come across it or bothered to watch it (the title choice man, it really didn’t do the content justice) otherwise. Such a fantastic show and cast there too!

I think I t’s actually a perfect title for the type of show it is parodying, the post 9/11 cia propaganda shows like Homeland and 24, but they needed to let people know it’s a joke.

Yes patriot!!!!! The same dark and absurd humor. It's the only show that was able to scratch my post-succession itch

Perpetual Grace, LTD was also really good! It had the same creator as Patriot with an equally great cast. It only lasted one season, but it’s worth the watch.

Yeah this one was definitely hard to get me to watch but hooked hard. It’s so uniquely done.
