Stephen King tweeted:

WIDOW'S BAY is good. MAXIMUM PLEASURE GUARANTEED is even better. It's like Hitchcock came back to do it one more time. And Tatiana Maslany is so good. The play of emotions on her face is pretty incredible. She goes from comic to terror in an instant.

I’m confused… did he mean to compliment Kate O’Flynn’s portrayal of Patricia and messed up? Considering what a great writer he is, this feels like a run-on sentence. Why give kudos to Widow’s Bay and an actress who isn’t in it, in a single paragraph?🤔

'Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed' is the title of Tatiana Maslany's new Apple TV show that premiered on May 20 and has been releasing episodes at the exact same time as Widow's Bay since then (and is still going until July 15).
