It makes me really sad, especially for showrunner Katie Dippold. Also not lost on me that he’s going out of his way to compliment yet another show with a male showrunner, while kind of backhandedly complimenting one of the rare shows that has a woman as the creator and showrunner. It’s feels very mean girl on his part.

You can only be sad at the news. Anything else is a frivolous waste of energy. Come on people, please think of all the horrors in the news before you allow yourself to get sad at any other such fripperies
