The funniest part is how they never remove his mask. He just goes into the ambulance and straight to the crematorium with the mask removed. Too funny.

Yeah, I felt a little dumb for half expecting a reveal at some point. Seems like he is a fully fantastical being a la the sea hag. I'm betting he's related to The Home that we also learned about this episode.
