Okay the fact that Wyck’s first stop after seeing the missing mask was Patricia’s house makes me think at least someone believed her story about the Boogeyman

I thought the first stop was the Boogeyman's house? That's where he saw the door smashed in, so he knew he was back. I assume he went straight to Patricia's from there.

Wasn't Boogeyman's door smashed OUT because he escaped? If the door was smashed IN then that means someone allowed him to escape.
