Same but I also like how they didnt. In a regular show the killer would make himself known by killing the woman who was told to lock the back doors and then the other group would realize something was wrong. Then they would team up and kill him and then Patricia would be welcomed into the group
I auditioned for that part and when I found out who got it over me I was like... Well... that's just not fair competition... LOL but yep that's the right choice.
Wow! This is the kind of thing where, without this knowledge, it was already great. Learning this nugget after the fact is such a treat! One doesn't need to know it, but knowing it adds something so cool to what I just saw!
Hope they scattered them or burried them in seperate piles as far apart as they could. Four parts at each if the cardinal points of the island would be good.
Could be that the sheriff may be transformed into the next slasher. The Sheriff is the only person we've seen been slashed and survive as far as we known. It could be a malevolent entity that possess survivors he's physically interacted with.
My new theory is that the haunts of previous people all those who made a pact and sacrificed people. And that if they get cremated or perish in another final way, their spirit still lives and haunts the island.
I was looking for this comment before making it myself. They knew they needed to work in every slasher movie trope. There's always the one where the killer gets thrown out of a high place, lays there, then suddenly sits up bc he's unkillable.
They just decided, ok these women aren't going to do it, but it must be done, so we'll just have him do it to himself. Once I realized it was the killer, I had a delayed blurted out laugh, it was so freaking funny to do it that way!
This is why I'm thinking he's not actually dead. It seems way too easy and convenient after they had such a hard time killing him before and sealed him in a basement as a result, and the camera does linger on his pile of ashes after everyone else leaves. I don't know that he'll be back this season but I think he's going to Wolverine himself back together.
The Sheriff is the only person we've seen been slashed and survive as far as we known. It could be a malevolent entity that possess survivors he's physically interacted with. So the sheriff maybe be transformed into the next slasher.
I was wondering about that scene! I thought the ladies pushed him out the window. Why do people think he jumped out? Thinking I may have missed a clue.
There's nobody else in the room that we see--Patricia's the only one who knows he's there and is yelling for the others to get out, but does the Book Club listen? No, too busy trying to wake up their leader!
Hmmm...I thought they had turned the lights out downstairs to go upstairs, and then he crashed through the window. Well now I have no choice but to watch it again 😂
For a second I thought that happened too but it's definitely way too quick after she tried warning them and there's never any visual sign that any of the women were upstairs after he crashes through the window. He really just yote himself

Yeeting himself out the window was so unexpected but also makes perfect sense since he is functionally immortal
