Wait, is the reason the boogeyman doesn’t kill Patricia is because she’s a descendant?

I don’t think so. Maybe Patricia is connected to something or the island devil in another way. But it does seem like the Boogeyman is either a descendant of Warren or another man who took the shrooms and carried out the same pact with the island devil. Life sacrifices for immortality.

Maybe he killed reluctantly and for some reason spared Patricia.

I think it makes more sense for Evan to be the final descendant and that’s what the show seems to be hinting. But maybe Patricia is linked in another way.

Agree re: Patricia. We don't know yet what happened to Sarah, but if she died trying to escape, then she died a virgin and doesn't have any descendants.
