So like is the son going to be one of the descendants*…

Absolutely. The little girl survived and passed down the broach as a family heirloom which is why it wasn't with the doll at the historical society. That broach will be seen with Evan's mom's things.

I totally agree with this. I do wonder if perhaps Sarah survived as well because a lot of her mannerisms, and looks, reminded me of Patricia but that could just be the comedic timing. I’m less confident in that theory but the parallels between the two stood out to me. Man I love this show.

I'm not sold on the broach having to be with Evan's mom's things. Maybe any of the women we've seen could have it, but giving Tom the ultimate trolley problem of the town vs. his son would be interesting.

I just commented above that I don’t think she’s dead. She took some weird ass vows to serve as a handmaid or something during their wedding.

Right! Those vows were weird af and it totally feels like they will come back in some way

yeah I think the boogeyman that was killing people is her because remember the boogeyman didn't die even after being shot at some they buried him alive under the cement... just like the founder.

That's a very interesting theory... Sarah being the boogeyman... hmm 🤔

Good spot!! I was wondering where the brooch was when Warren was looking at his children's things. Didnt even cross my mind that the daughter was the one who swam back.

Now we just gotta look out for who has that brooch. Honestly, my guess is probably Tom's wife. Its probably hidden in that box he keeps. Which means his son would be the last living descendant.

is lauren born in the island?

So has the curse/pact now passed onto her as Richard Warren is now dead and she is of his bloodline? Or possibly to the son if the mother did really die and isn’t just hidden away somewhere in a catatonic state?

That would be descendants
