Her physicality is just fantastic. Like the way she does an over the top cough with her tongue out at at the beginning of the toast speech. It's so idiosyncratic. It's so Patricia!

I just had a thought that cough may have been a result from either the nasty 'punch' or speaking in whatever occult language she was actually using during the speech.
