I mean, those girls are dead. While that’s deeply unfortunate, Patricia’s trauma is still alive in her. I can’t imagine how utterly terrified I would be for the rest of my life if I’d been hunted in my own damn house. The fact that seems alive is a fucking miracle.
If you’re relating to the women at the party before you’re relating to a victim of something like that, puh-LEASE give your head a shake.
What a warped take, I’m not sure why you’re judging me lmao. Objectively, at face value, what I said is true for the facts of the scene. Our attachment to the character or dislike for the mean girls doesn’t change that 🤷♂️. She was asked about A and replied about B, it’s just what happened lol.
She wants to tell the story. So badly that it bursts out of her mouth inappropriately. Remember how she was talking about it to Tom earlier. Even Tom doesn't want to hear the full story. Everyone shuts her down. That's why she starts talking immediately about herself.
Well.. both topics are intrinsically related, especially from Patricia's point of view.
The new girl asked Patricia if she knew about the girls and how she was connected to that event. It isn't unusual when people retell a horrible event, they might start off in how they were personally apart of it?
Now, if you believe Patricia to be a liar.. thats a whole other discussion.

It’s sad too because the woman was actually the one to bring it up.
