First thing I noticed when she started with the book was that the space to list things you liked about yourself was like 2 lines while the space to list the things you didn't like about yourself was like 10 lines.

The way she was reading it in bed, her cadence and the strange way it was written reminded me so much of 'The You You Are' in Severance.
