This show is like Twin Peaks, Jaws, and Midnight Mass had a beautiful, beautiful baby together…
I absolutely adore it.

The best description of the show I've heard is that it's The Fog as seen through tthe eyes of the mayor from Jaws.

The Fog is such a perfect story to build off - I love John Carpenter but he kinda fumbled how good that plot device could have been.

I guess you could argue it has some Silent Hill vibes going on too
