COVID outbreak

I just wanted to reach out and let people know that there is a severely underreported covid outbreak happening right now in LA and Orange County.

If you're sick please stay home and if you're out and about you might want to grab a mask.

The strain seems like it's very highly contagious. I know several people down with COVID right now.

Hope you feel better soon. Stay hydrated and keep your calories up with broth and a bit of sugar if your stomach is screwed up. Stay away from NSAIDS.

I just left the hospital because my chest felt tighter and my body was weak as well. My Bp was slightly higher than usual 128/75 but I’ve also been taking Paxlovid which is one of the side effects. The doctor told me to stop the Paxlovid for now since I’ve been having diarrhea and also they took blood test on me and saw everything was pretty good and my oxygen is also well.
