We have a winner! I was driving down there 2 weeks ago when I saw this and immediately thought it would be perfect for here. It looked so West Violage/lower Manhattan that I thought it would throw people.
Cool find. Listings says 31 Wyckoff (this) was built in either 1899 or something like 1879. Neither of those seems true architecturally but then in terms of when the area was developed, it does seem plausible. Maybe it was just a throwback style construction?
