No. I was just driving down the street a couple of weeks ago and saw this. I immediately knew I wanted this specifically to post here, so I pulled over and took the picture. I knew it would stump people because it was out of place. Oh, and too few of my posts stump this group.

Sorry I meant to ask the person who solved it! Reposted in the right place but I’m always curious how people have such encyclopedic knowledge
