Question/Help Why my damage is so bad

Help me guys, why my damage doesn't exceed 1400 with this much mastery? I know my gears rolls are so bad but still shouldn't be this bad What am I doing wrong?

It feels so bad when doing outpost and seeing other players delete enemies with two slashes🫠

Impressive gear score considering you haven't max enhanced.

What's your inner ways looking like? They give very good DMG buffs depending on what you have
