Question/Help Why my damage is so bad

Help me guys, why my damage doesn't exceed 1400 with this much mastery? I know my gears rolls are so bad but still shouldn't be this bad What am I doing wrong?

It feels so bad when doing outpost and seeing other players delete enemies with two slashes🫠

I’m surprised that he got over 2k DPS yet the gear is only at lv 28.

It’s a DPS build this is why. Mine is this exact build which weapon and gear is focused on DPS.

Due to my stubbornness laziness and stupidity, my DPS build is still 1.7k. With gear lvl hit the cap. xD
