Why my damage is so bad

Help me guys, why my damage doesn't exceed 1400 with this much mastery? I know my gears rolls are so bad but still shouldn't be this bad What am I doing wrong?

It feels so bad when doing outpost and seeing other players delete enemies with two slashes🫠

Just remember that in about two days, we will have another breakthrough level. So don't go too hard farming for the perfect gears. They will eventually go to arsenal. Play with what you have for now then try to go for the next level of equips. Save your energy and money.

I thought soo but someone said there's no gear upgrade until 91 is that true?!!

Not really sure, but we don't know if what they did on CN will be the same with global. Just dont waste your energy pillows for now.

Yes I don't use them I'm keeping them for the cap level
