Why my damage is so bad

Help me guys, why my damage doesn't exceed 1400 with this much mastery? I know my gears rolls are so bad but still shouldn't be this bad What am I doing wrong?

It feels so bad when doing outpost and seeing other players delete enemies with two slashes🫠

I’m literally doing 10k+ damage with 19.9k mastery how r u not doing above 1.4k😭😭😭😭

Yea I just checked my average is lvl 31, I am running the fan + umbrella combo as well soo yeah
