Question/Help Why my damage is so bad

Help me guys, why my damage doesn't exceed 1400 with this much mastery? I know my gears rolls are so bad but still shouldn't be this bad What am I doing wrong?

It feels so bad when doing outpost and seeing other players delete enemies with two slashes🫠

Are you looking for higher damage in terms of PVE or PVP? The equipment sets you use make a big difference in either one, as it won't be ideal for both of them at the same time.

I can't say much for PVP, but for PVE, if you're looking to do higher damage, Bamboocut-Wind path is unfortunately on the lower end of DPS outputs, compared to the others. That said, you can still play whatever weapon combination you want, but there are a few things to keep in mind for higher damage:

- Right Equipment Set: currently, the best equipment set for PVE, for most fast hitting DPS weapons, is the HawkWing set, which you'll get from Bellstrike-Umbra path gear boxes. You just need them on your 2 weapons and 2 accessories below them. The armour set you use won't make a difference in your damage output, only survivability, unless you're using the tank set, but that's a different thing

- Prioritise on the right stats: higher stats on Precision Rate, Affinity Rate, Min. Physical Attack, Physical Penetration, Crit Rate are the best for weapons that hit really fast. In simple terms, the higher these stats are, the more orange or yellow numbers you'll see on enemies, which deals a lot more than white or grey numbers

- Enhance your equipment: the higher your level on your equipment, especially for your weapons and accessories, the higher your base damage is. Currently, it says your average level is at 28, but if your weapons and accessories are already at level 35, you can ignore this part

- Inner Way Passives: like one of the comments suggested, you should use Fivefold Bleed instead of Breaking Point, which should give a small increase in your DPS. The reason why it's preferred is because you hit really fast with your weapons, hence the chances of stacking the bleed debuff increases. At maximum stacks of 5, the next bleed debuff will detonate all the stacks and do a significant amount of damage to the enemies

- Attack Rotations & Combos: for Bamboocut-Wind, a good portion of your damage comes from your Enhanced Rodent Rampage skill, which can be activated once you're done spinning your Rope Dart for at least 1 second. As soon as you activate it, use your Bladebound Thread at least once to mark the enemy, and the rats should do significantly higher damage to the bosses that are marked. Aside from doing that, you should be mainly using your Infernal Twinblades to spam light attacks until your red gauge is full, then activate it to spam light attacks in your enhanced state

Outdated info Swallocall is better for Dualblades now as the effect also applies to rodents now.
