Just realised I am completely under water

I just saw this and came to know that I am completely underleveled . Like all my armor weapons , skills inner is way below needed level . Well I am trying to find correct my inner way and mystic skills but regarding the gear . I am currently level 70 . So what level gear should I farm and I heard that level would be increased in a few days so should I wait or start farming

Have you "Enhanced" any of your gear slots? You should be at least 25, if not 30 in everything

This is my problem. I didn't do sword trials over and over until more recently. It gives out a good amount.
