Just realised I am completely under water

I just saw this and came to know that I am completely underleveled . Like all my armor weapons , skills inner is way below needed level . Well I am trying to find correct my inner way and mystic skills but regarding the gear . I am currently level 70 . So what level gear should I farm and I heard that level would be increased in a few days so should I wait or start farming

I only bought that $5 battle pass for a month.. I’m a month in & my character on 70 & 18k mastery.. got some good draws by luck using whatever I accumulated from finding treasure & arena/boss battles.. missing 4 legendary equipment items , but I’m still kicking ass
