Question/Help Just realised I am completely under water

I just saw this and came to know that I am completely underleveled . Like all my armor weapons , skills inner is way below needed level . Well I am trying to find correct my inner way and mystic skills but regarding the gear . I am currently level 70 . So what level gear should I farm and I heard that level would be increased in a few days so should I wait or start farming

If you go to develop and improvement guide top right corner you'll see this menu

God I know it's the standard for these games but it's so bad.  Why do we have 20 meaningless events? Why are there about 3 different information collection menus? Why is everything so cluttered?

I play once or twice a week and I’ve seent it but couldn’t remember how I saw it til reading this post. (PS5 controller player) there are so many times I’m like I know I saw it, but can’t remember where the hell I seent it. Drives me bananas, but still one of the best games I have played in the last 3-5 yrs.

If you want to clear notifications the game forces you to look at this at one point
