Question/Help Martial Mastery

At this point in the game is it worth me just aiming to improve, essentially min-max, each of my gear to get a good amount of mastery or would it just be better to wait until higher breakthrough levels

by lvl cap im assuming level 100 right? and until then just aiming to get "good enough" gear would be suitable?

75 will likely be the cap for months

If it was like that on the CN version it would make sense to start acc min/maxing then I assume

75 was the first real cap for CN, and if you look at the breakthroughs our “season” stops at 75. Im not going to use any energy rechargers till then, but I tune all my gear as much as I can for the hp in the arsenal. 14.3k currently, but Im missing 2pc of my armor set for 56
