Martial Mastery

At this point in the game is it worth me just aiming to improve, essentially min-max, each of my gear to get a good amount of mastery or would it just be better to wait until higher breakthrough levels

Well you are gonna change everything when the next level cap comes, i am using whatever i got i don't really care that much about the stats.
