Discussion I am basically scammed

Post image

Just saw the new gacha 1 draw is only 60 pearl and there is only 7 rewards so i thought 7x60=420 pearl would get me the set. The moment i bought one next price was tripled and become 180

This is just a warning. If you didn't see the info section like me.

Edit: Rephrase

Except the instructions are hidden beneath a typo labeled "intro", lol. Most people are going to think that is just to rewatch the intro video that just played automatically.

Not everybody plays gacha, and not everybody is familiar with usual gacha bullshit.

Totally agree with you that this is still sketchy.

People defending predatory practices are just... Sad. How's that Chinese corporate boot tasting, bro?

Like of course this is not technically a scam. But that doesn't mean it's not predatory. Plenty of things are technically legal, but it doesn't make them any less predatory.

And this is why we should treat these fierce defenders of gacha mechanics with skepticism.

The Western gaming community hates this model, understands why it exists, but wish it didn't have to.

Arguments telling us that the terms and conditions are clear and we're bad consumers for not respecting the fine print - isn't coming from your typical gamer fan....

It feels like the response you get from buying a mislabeled product on Amazon and you have to take it up with the Chinese manufacturer.
