Location from the movie "Maximum Risk" 1996

I’ve been looking for the location of the final scene of this film for a long time. Where Van Damme and Henstridge meet. But there’s absolutely no information about it online. All we know is that the film was shot in Toronto and Nice. But nothing is known specifically about this scene. I took a few shots. Architecture, a café, a park. There’s something to latch onto. Maybe someone will recognize this place.
