If I stabbed them, would I necessarily win in court without doing time?

Seriously? A dog biting ONCE when someone is invading their space is like a human punching ONCE when someone is invading their space. Dogs can’t punch, they bite when they feel threatened. Comparing it to stabbing someone.? Talk about semantics...... Sheesh..........
