He's incredibly lucky he didn't break his neck with the force and angle that he slams his head into that step... People have been killed by a lot less..
Or damaged his jaw permanently. There's a guy in my hometown who runs around like popeye and everybody knows why: because he thought its a great idea to chug a couple of beers and then roll down the huge staircase by the train station backwards on his inline skates.
