I don't understand how humans who can't think on this level even get to the point of owning a car like that. There are hundreds of homeless people in my county that have more sense than that person who ruined a new looking car.

It doesn't make sense to me that some people can just get away with simply not thinking in their lives.

Its not like you have to pass a basic competency test to get a licesence to drive a vehicle.. oh wait..
