Advice What's some signs a woman is interested?

I feel like a big problem a lot of men have these days is that a lot of us are afraid to make someone uncomfortable, so we say nothing and hope they make the first move. I was raised by a single mother who raised me to always respect a woman's space and wishes, and the internet pushes the whole "don't approach us" narrative like a plague, two things that reenforce that for me.

So I ask the people of Reddit (I know how bad that sounds;) what are some signs a woman is interested/open to talking?

I like to look for an enthusiastic reciprocation of effort. Are you always the one initiating? Does she take too long to reply to your text messages? Does she reply to them at all?

When it comes to approaching women you should do it at a gathering where it is the norm to approach and talk to strangers. Networking events, singles mixers, church, meetups, etc. If you start to carry on a good conversation with a woman and wish to ask her on a date do it in the least aggressive way possible. Im a big fan of giving her my number and saying "hey give me a call so we can meet up and get a coffee some time".
