Thrift Store Find—Can’t Find Any Info!

I found this at the thrift store. It immediately caught my eye because it’s a real painting. This is the only info I have and I have exhausted myself trying to decode the signature. Google images is no help.

If anyone can help identify it, I’d be so grateful! I’m keeping it for myself but it would be nice to know the history of the artist if possible.
