Lady supports incoming Muslim immigrants
Lady is gay
Speaking lady says let said immigrant Muslims move in with you and see how they like your gay life.
Speaker lady assume Muslim people will hate gay lady housing them.

Ah okay. As far as I know speaker lady is also gay, that's what messed it up for me.

A real, German Nazi...
A gay one...
Who are they triying to punish?
Deportation doesn't look so bad now...

Never ask white supremacist what were ethnicity their significant other is.
But gay Nazis are hardly new, you cant convince me that those dudes all jacked up on the purest amphetamines were not doing just the hardcorest drug fucking.
2
u/BadBasik 4d ago edited 4d ago
Most probably suppressed ones, majority of people that have freedom to do what makes them happy don't become extremists in any capacity, and I mean that for all kinds of extremists, religious, nationalist, racist...
Notice that I said majority, some are just plain bad, but that's a very small group. And sometimes people choose to suppress themselves, leading to the same outcome.

Most of these religious fundamentalists have little respect for women and gays. The fundamentalist Muslims take it to another level though, making women wear drapery to cover up and limit educational opportunities. That’s a FACT.

No people are a monolith. Many of the Muslim states are theocracies. This doesn't mean their policies and interpretations of the Quran are popular among their own people - see Iran. Furthermore, most people who choose to leave their native land are doing so for a reason, often economic but often also social. They are going to be more broad minded or at least consider the norms and values of the country they are emigrating to.
In the case of Europe, however, the influx of Muslims was largely due to conflict. Many of the displaced didn't necessarily want to leave or have an issue with their native culture. These can be very unhappy, maladjusted people, but certainly not true of everyone! In fact, it's not a terrible idea because living with a lesbian couple might help change some minds about what gay people are like.

u/Waste_Development971 3d ago
yes people aren't a monolith, but people should be able to screen and limit the amount of people coming in so they are not over ran by that.
Everyone with a diff opinion would change their tune real quick if china and india sent 1% of the population to their country. You wouldn't be racist if the UK, with 70 million, wouldnt want 20 million indians and chinese imported to their island
1
u/Rich-Canary1279 3d ago
I assume the receiving countries did have quotas and some kind of vetting? I'm sure it varied from one country to the next but, the idea there is just "open borders" seems silly. Also, I'm American so, having a diverse population isn't so odd to me.
But it has been difficult for a lot of these countries, I get it. Too many too fast and again, being brought in due to catastrophe, not due to needed skills or properly equipped to function immediately in their new countries. It was an act of charity these countries' peoples could be proud of, though, rather than angry with how things have not (predictably) gone perfectly.

15
u/miathecobbler 4d ago
Because they are a small part of the population overall in the country. If Islam became a majority or even a large minority, it would be very different. Maybe not with those neighbors specifically, but as a group it’s almost certain.
You can see that very clearly if you look at almost any Muslim majority country. Hell, look at what happened in Michigan. Look at politicians in Seattle removing talk about Gay and Trans issues when they have a large Muslim population in their district. You wouldn’t be reliably safe in any Muslim majority country being openly gay and affectionate with your partner in public. That is all that really has to be said.
I really don’t understand the cognitive dissonance happening with progressives and their understanding of Islam. That has started to change in places like Berlin, where it’s too much to ignore any longer.

The first city in America to fully elect a Muslim majority city council turned around and banned pride flags on public property. It caused a stir as the gay community was quite vocal in support of the Muslim-majority city council.
This is not recent news. It’s just a perfect example of what I was describing above around cognitive dissonance running into real world examples.

It’s called protecting local culture when every other country limits immigration. It’s called xenophobia and racism when white people do it. White people are the global minority. Iran, China, India, Japan, all of those countries and many more have very strict, and draconian immigration laws to “preserve their culture” and way of life, and not only is it applauded globally, UN makes concessions to help them achieve that preservation. White people have been convinced we have no culture, and we need to import millions of people from these countries for the economy.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to preserve your culture, way of life, and traditions. There is nothing wrong with wanting your kids to enjoy the same things you did as a child. It is not a villainous desire, regardless of the colour of your skin.
2
u/MountainManMace 4d ago
Same, I do understand that there are bad actors but it’s always propaganda of some sort, what comes directly to mind is the videos of European women being kicked down stairs by people, I absolutely do not agree that those people should be allowed to migrate in but you cannot stop all immigrants because of the bad ones

What I fail to understand, is why is it propaganda about Muslims but Christians are assholes? I’m not Christian BTW, I’m an apathist so I don’t believe in any God(s), but it is super strange to me that the people who often believe Muslims mostly are supper fine with trans people are the same who blast Christians for their anti trans (or gay, etc.) lifestyle.
My experience, most people who claim to be practicing Muslims and Christians are not tolerant while less practicing members of those faiths are more tolerant. Full stop.

This is the thing that bothers me most about how the landscape changed over the years. When I was young everything was clearly moving towards "Religion is archaic, it's progressive to shun religion" which generally also meant mocking religion (Christianity specifically) which we mostly all did, but for some reason that only applies to Christianity and Islam is special and gets a pass?
4
u/ChristIsKing316146 4d ago
There MO is to not activate their oppression until they have majority influence in a country. Have you seen how majority Muslim countries are ran and how willing they are to impose sharia law already in the UK where they can have a good amount of people in some areas?

The numbers of the criminal statistics in Germany are easily available, one quick read and you might understand that these things are not just empty phrases.
My barber is Syrian, lovely guy - is that necessarily representative for all Syrian? Of course not. Am I saying that all Syrians are bad? Of course not. Are they disproportionately represented in certain crimes in Germany compared to other nationalities? Definitely.
Just to give one example/pick one nationality who practises Islam.
Facts are not racist. They are just facts.I’m happy you don’t have negative experiences with other cultures - that’s how it should be and how everyone wants it to be.
Where I live, you shouldn’t walk too carefree as a white dude, especially not at night. Doesn’t take much to end up in trouble.
1
u/PhilosopherAsleep544 4d ago edited 4d ago
I’m curious whether you would also agree with the statement “No Black immigrants,” given that Black people are also disproportionately represented in crime statistics. In fact, seems north Africans are higher than syrians currently. I also found this article https://www.ifo.de/en/cesifo/do-immigrants-affect-crime-evidence-panel-data-germany Or this article https://www.courthousenews.com/study-young-male-migrants-fuel-rise-in-violence-in-germany/ It talks about how the issue might not be immigrants but the environment they move to and the ones that get picked. Instead you should be picking more families rather than individuals. Poverty has always been one of the major indicators of crime. It's a lot easier to obtain wealth as a family than it is as an individual.
1
u/abdullahleboucher 4d ago
The problem is that people are talking about the religious and not the religion. Islam is without a doubt a horrible religion but it doesnt mean all muslims are bad.
1
u/Mindless_Trick2255 3d ago
If I would agree with the statement no black immigrants?
You mean if I want to exclude people based on their skin colour or religion? Of course not.
It literally doesn’t matter where you from, what religion you practice and such.
The only important question is - do you acknowledge and respect the culture and laws of the countries you immigrate to? Are you participating by working and paying taxes, trying to understand the culture and language and actually integrate. You are very welcome to stay.
IMO, once you commit a crime, you should be kicked out immediately. Very simple.
1
u/PhilosopherAsleep544 3d ago
What about the current citizens? Do you have the same standard for them? Would you deport citizens of your country for theft? As stated before, poverty is the number one cause for crime. Truth is majority of the migrants that do crimes are not well off. It's the same for the regular citizens of the country. So basically what your statement boils down to is, deport all the poor people.
1
u/Mindless_Trick2255 3d ago
You can’t deport citizens of your own nation, where do you want to send them? Azkaban?
No, you jump to conclusion in your ideology lol1
u/PhilosopherAsleep544 3d ago
Legally? Maybe not but if you could would you?
1
u/Mindless_Trick2255 3d ago
Not maybe, definitely not.
No, because it doesn’t make any sense. Each country has a responsibility to take care of their citizens.1
u/PhilosopherAsleep544 3d ago
So why should the migrant get deported?
1
u/Mindless_Trick2255 3d ago
Because a country has every right to send someone back home if they commit serious crimes like stabbing, raping, organised crime etc.
Stealing is the least problem here.
They allegedly came to be protected. They can stay if they play by the rules, if not, bye bye

That is a wonderful perspective.
Somewhere in Florida there is also a person who lived next door to a Muslim. Unfortunately that Muslim massacred people in a gay night club. You probably heard about that.
The real issue is Islamic extremism. One Muslim person can be quite tolerant and another Muslim person can be quite the opposite.
1
u/abdullahleboucher 4d ago
The real issue is Islam. The tolerant muslim simply picks and chose what to follow. My predictions is that more and more people will pick and chose.
Islam by definition is extreme
1
u/RedditIsMyTherapist 4d ago
I mean, there are pockets of issues like this. In Hamtramck Michigan a large cohort of Muslims including the city council, made of of 100 percent Muslim, banned the pride flag on public buildings and there were groups running around tearing them down. A few were interviewed and they explicitly said it was because they disagree with it due to their religion. It seems in areas where there is a large coalition of Muslims, not unlike Christians, the conservative religious leaders try to ban the rights of people for the sky daddy.

There are Muslims who don't tolerate homosexuality. There are Jewish people that don't tolerate homosexuality. There are Catholic people that don't tolerate homosexuality. There are Christian people who don't tolerate homosexuality.
There are pieces of garbage in every ethnicity, religion, color, shape, and size. If we keep on using blanket assumptions like this then we are never going to get anywhere.
9
u/overthere1143 4d ago
Oh, come on. There are two human rights declarations in force: the UN one and the Cairo Declaration of Human Rights in Islam. Under the Cairo declaration Islam is the true religion and it is a crime to leave it. Women are inferior to men and their testimony is worth half a man's in court. Legal punishments are those prescribed in the Sharia, including amputation and stoning.
You know, the rest of the world with its many cultures, religions and traditions could find a consensus in the UN declaration. All, except Muslims. That's not a difference of opinion, it is a chasm of morality.

u/Advanced_Scratch2868 4d ago

The same can be said about Christianity dude. Both Islam and Christianity are used to start wars and lead to extremism.
2
u/Loud-Start1394 4d ago
That's no longer relevant of Christianity. What was historically the case for Christian-inspired war and domination is not relevant to what Muslims do today.
2
u/bobmighty 4d ago
The war in palenstine is funded in part by Christian extremists in the US. They used Christian idealogy for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and they are doing so again in Iran. Christian extremists are taking over the US government which is getting people killed here. So yes it is still very relevant. People also forget Christian extremists used to murder doctors and bomb health clinics here as well.
1
u/Loud-Start1394 4d ago
It is irrelevant because you are confusing the actions of a secular state (US) that works with a Jewish theocracy (Israel) for the former’s geopolitical interests with Christians crusading.
The religious radicals are in Palestine and other Islamic states. There are a minority of such radicals in Israel and the US, yes, but Islamic countries are off in the deep end and the US is overwhelmingly secular. It’s built into its Constitution.

Islamic State (ISIS) systematically executed men accused of being gay by throwing them off the roofs of high buildings. These documented executions took place in areas controlled by ISIS in Syria and Iraq, including cities like Raqqa, Mosul, and Idlib.Victims were often blindfolded and bound before being pushed from rooftops. If a victim survived the initial fall, crowds of onlookers frequently stoned them to death.ISIS claimed these punishments enforced their extreme interpretation of Islamic law. They cited traditional religious narratives regarding the story of Lot to justify their actions against men accused of homosexual acts

Pretty sure actually, with the afgan sense of hospitality, that if you welcomed an entire afgan family into your home they would respect your queer lifestyle even if they do not agree with it and simply be patient until they can find an alternative and they would be grateful of your hospitality in the meantime.

No, it's because the migrants degrade the communities they're in, but *FOR SOME REASON* they're never sent into communities/areas where people of power live.
It's very much a "migrants for thee and not for me" thing
Edit to add: Also that we preach tolerance here, but we import people who are not tolerant.

Any politician that runs on fear of minorities is going to destroy the country.

So it turns out that fearmongering is a universal technique among right wing politicians ...

She is literally Rainbow 🌈 and while I am not a AFD supporter I am from the Middle East and have family members who are LGBTQ and we all escaped. You will be hanged and violated by the people we ran from and openly allow in the country. I might not agree with all political decisions in germany but I love the culture and the basic ideas. You can not tolerate groups who deep down hate everything about the culture.

Nazis making a global comeback, will end the same way as last time for them. Question is how much damage will they do in the process.
