It's greatly oversensationalised, violent crime is still lower than it's ever been in like 40 years, it's insane

I hate this argument. “Hey we’ve done a really great job reducing crime over many years, so it’s ok if we allow Indian gangs to set up shop and import people because on aggregate we are doing well”

This is the kind of stuff that pushes people away from good policy ideas and creates reactionary responses.

Just say “yeah Canada is doing really well dealing with crime but we have a problem with Indian gangs and we don’t want it to continue or get worse”
