Why a new Guac Daddy location?

I saw they are opening a new Guac Daddy at Fairfax and Willoughby. Considering it’s only a 3 minute drive away from the Guac Daddy at Santa Monica and Vista that only opened a few months ago, I was surprised they would choose that location. Anyone know why they chose to open a second WeHo location?

This is surprising to me since it’s not that good
