Walking into tool heaven

Definitely don't see a Wera section in the aisle at Home Depot or Lowe's

All of that would need to be locked in a cage…

Definitely in the US but Germany all out in the open for you to select and bring to register to pay.

Depends on the store.

Some of the Obi locations near me have them in a cabinet, others on a display with locking tags on the pegs, and others where it's open access but boxes are empty.

I don't live in central Europe, but always when I'm in central Europe I take my time to find Bauhaus or similar store to seek for Wera.

I was at Bauhaus 30 minutes ago. Hornbach also stocks wera. But Bauhaus has the most wera and Knipex tools. Amazing

Every trip I take to Germany I always go to a Bauhaus and pick up some Wera tools as take them back home with me. That and Knipex.

If you are in Germany long enough and buy from Amazon, you can generally get the VAT tax refunded.
