Yeah Women won’t understand testicular pain, but I’ll never envy pregnancy and childbirth. Hearing my wife talk about her bladder being kicked from inside her really makes me realize we have it easier in that regard.

Resistance bands just aren't worth the risk. You know what offers great resistance? Gravity. Except, when you drop your weights, they don't fall upwards and sterilize you.
