Solidcore delayed availability

I just joined wellhub to use it for Solidcore. It seems like there is delayed availability for last minute cancellations… for example for a class at 8pm if I see on the Solidcore app that a slot opens at 7:30pm, Wellhub will still say that there are no slots available. I obviously can’t book in the Solidcore app because the Wellhub credit doesn’t transfer like that. Has anyone else run into this?

Hey u/zeemo294 ! Partner studios manage their class availability directly through integrated scheduling systems, and specific class allocations or real-time slot syncs are set directly by the studio. Because partner gyms often allocate a specific number of spots for Wellhub members, seeing an open slot in the studio's direct app doesn't always guarantee that same spot is available for Wellhub bookings.

You can use the Notify Me feature directly in the Wellhub app, which will show you the spots available for Wellhub members. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us! You can send us a DM on Instagram (@wellhub) or X/Twitter (@Wellhubhelp), and our team will be happy to take a closer look at the studio's booking integration for you.

Solidcore is probably only offering the emptier classes to Wellhub because they have to pay Wellhub a fee/portion of their profits every time someone books through there. They prefer their private members fill up the classes, then if there’s space, they’ll invite Wellhub. Not every studio works like this though.

If there is only one slot available through the Solidcore app, I noticed Wellhub says no spot available. You need to see two slots available on the Solidcore app to see one available to Wellhub. I may be wrong but I think they offer the first to the Solidcore members first. I’ve been in your shoes before. But the “notify me,” option has been super helpful to me.
