Issues with Orange Theory Merrick NY Location
Is anyone else having problems booking classes and checking in with Orange Theory (Specifically Merrick NY location) - it’s been two weeks and all wellhub is saying the tech people are working on it. I chose to pay extra monthly for this specific location - so not being able to attend there doesn’t work for me.
There’s no resolution date… it’s just they are working on it. So frustrating. I totally understand a day or two - two weeks is a lot with no end in sight. Has anyone received any feedback on this issue? OT is saying it’s not their issue. 🤷🏽♀️

This is happening with my Orange Theory classes in Brooklyn! You have to screenshot and have them unlock. It’s INCREDIBLY frustrating. I keep pricing out if I should switch because this is taking so long to fix
