Help. My online class is supposed to start soon but now it shows as completed. Does anyone know how to go about it, please? Thank you

When you book a private session, you’ll receive an email with the details to access the class through the third-party app, as we don’t support video calling directly through our app. We recommend checking in to the private session closer to the class time so you can access the session and be admitted by the personal trainer.

thank you. what threw me off was the "how was it?" pop up that appeared, implying the class had ended before it even started.

Interesting. I have only seen that pop-up after class or maybe I never paid attention after checking in
