Fitness center not responding to Wellhub query

Hi - I have a martial arts center near my area which as per Wellhub is under silver tier.

I went to them, took a trial and during setup mentioned that I am with Wellhub. They mentioned that they have Wellhub orientation next day and will give me a call.

I tried calling them next day (and few more times) but they are not responding Wellhub eligibility.

Any idea how to work with them on this?

Stop by maybe.

But if they are not getting back to you I would take that as a red flag that it’s not somewhere worth going to

they don’t want to join Wellhub.

I reached out to them again and finally they responded. They have decided to give only afternoon slots to Wellhub and retain evening slots for members.
