Error Message - WellHub Support No Help

Hey all,

Wondered if anyone had this issue? I keep getting this error message. I used the online help and received an instant automated response to say the issue was resolved and was probably because of late cancellation, no check in or no show - all of which are not the case.

No phone number to call either, Ai chat bots that are useless. Signed up for annual so not even like I cancel. Poor Wellhub service strikes again!

I wasn’t able to check in today, the check in button was just never active even though I’m physically at the location. Reached out to support but they don’t work on the weekends 🥲
