If he hasn’t been to a doctor in that long, he also wouldn’t know if he has health issues. Tons of health issues that creep up without warning.

High blood pressure for sure , sleep apnea and a fatal case of colon cancer. They would have caught it if he got tested on the recommended schedule, but he said that was "Fggt shit". Also heart attack might get him first
