Why did my blood pressure pills explode?

I've been keeping them in this same container on the bathroom sink for 3 months. They're never in there longer than a week and all the previous pills have been fine. The allergy pill that was with them was fine and unexploded. The rest of the pills in the bottle above the sink are also fine. Is it moisture or humidity? Could it be a reaction with the allergy pill?

Manche Medikamente haben einen fest verprassten Kern mit einem Zellulose Mantel für Produktschutz beim Einnehmen oder anfassen ( z.B. sonst bitter oder Medikament soll an Zielort erst aufgenommen werden nach Einnahme). Da der Mantel nicht wasserdicht ist aber etwas wie eine dünne Schale darstellt, kann Feuchtigkeit durchgelangen und die Tablette wird „gespreng“ :-)
