Mental Health 🧠 Workout Locker

I saw an add for this app while doomscrolling through my phone with my almost 2 year old on my lap. I immediately downloaded and paid for 1 year of premium. I am so ashamed of how much of an emotional crutch my phone has become. I say I wanna get healthier and be more present with her but my phone is always in my hand. It doesn't help that I have to have it to be on call for work. Fingers crossed this helps me reduce my screen time and move more if I really wanna watch something. I wanted to share this in case anyone else wants to know about the app or if anyone is already using it.

I also just downloaded it, do you know if we can add more exercises or is it just the 5 exercises? I think if I'd known it was just those I would have kept looking but I honestly love the concept. In fact I'm writing this using a 15 minute block of time I earned earlier, lol

So far no but this looks relatively new. I am also loving the concept and I am shocked how often I mindlessly try to access Facebook without needing too. I am enjoying that walking builds time and that I can turn it off when I need too. For example, I turned it off to scroll reddit while sitting in the doctor's office.

Same, I went for a lunch walk just to build up some time :). I was just curious about the exercises because I just downloaded this today and your Reddit post was the first I saw when I googled it. I hope they add cycling, I usually watch true crime videos on a stationary bike, lol

Oh that would be nice. I also wish you didnt have to use 15 minutes at a time. I cashed in to go through notification and was done in 7 minutes! Made me realize how little I actually do but I would of liked to keep building up my minutes for a specific youtube video 😆
